On Tuesday 12th May, we will be carrying out essential maintenance on hosting servers 60-71.
Due to the current datacentre these servers are located in being closed down in the coming weeks, we are required to migrate these servers to a new location. This maintenance will take place on Tuesday 12th May 2026 from 20:00 BST (8PM).
The migration process is expected to take no longer than eight hours to complete, although we hope to restore service much sooner.
This maintenance affects Linux and WordPress accounts hosted on these servers.
During the maintenance window:
Web sites hosted on the affected servers will be unavailable
Intermittent connectivity may occur while services are restarted
Sites recently migrated to our Cloudflare CDN platform, including domains using our name servers, will instead display a white-label maintenance page during the outage window
We kindly request that customers avoid making changes to their accounts and domain names via the Control Panel
No action is required from customers
No DNS changes will be required
Domain Names pointing externally will not be affected
Domain Names hosted on our Windows platform will not be affected
VPS services will not be affected
Once the migration has completed, all services will resume automatically.
The new datacentre provides more modern network infrastructure, improved power resilience and enhanced physical security, helping us to deliver a more reliable hosting platform going forward.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
