We need to make a change to BT's UK Core Network that will unfortunately impact your services. To support customer service we're moving customers to more lightly loaded devices in Plymouth. The work is to remove traffic congestion. End user sessions will drop for up to 45 Minutes while the customer is migrated but could be up to 2 hours if there are issues. The work will take place within the period 00:01 - 05:00 We plan to be finished by 05:00,however if we encounter additional problems, service outage could extend up to 2hrs, but will be restored before 07:00
