    A third party supplier has made us aware of a fault with our service desk system that has resulted in customers receiving 'Case Closed' email alerts for their historic cases. This does not affect existing, open cases which will continue to be processed as normal.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these messages. Please go ahead delete any that you receive as they are not needed - all your case history is visible on ExpressTrack.
